And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 and perpetuated their praise in later generations. 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?" 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by (their ruined town) in the morning 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
