And man saith: when I am daed, Shall I be presently brought forth alive. 66 But does man not bear in mind that We have created him aforetime out of nothing? 67 By thy Lord, then, We shall surely gather them and the satans; thereafter We shall surely bring them round Hell, kneeling. 68 Then We shall carry off from every group those who were most stubborn in their opposition to the Gracious One, 69 And surely We are Best Aware of those most worthy to be burned therein. 70 And every one of you will come within sight of it: this is, with thy Sustainer, a decree that must be fulfilled. 71 We shall then rescue the pious – and leave the unjust in it, fallen on their knees. 72 When Our clear revelations are recited to those who deny the Truth they are wont to say to those who have faith: "Which of the two groups has a better status and whose assemblies are grander?" 73 We have destroyed so many generations before them, who surpassed them in material power and splendour. 74 Say: As for him who remains in error, the Beneficent Allah will surely prolong his length of days, until they see what they were threatened with, either the punishment or the hour; then they shall know who is in more evil plight and weaker in forces 75 (On the contrary), Allah increases in guidance those who follow the Right Way. Lasting acts of righteousness are better in the sight of your Lord as reward and conducive to a better end. 76 Have you seen him who denies Our revelations, and says: "I will certainly be given wealth and children." 77 Has he peeped into the Unknown, or obtained a promise from Ar-Rahman? 78 Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall lengthen the length of his suffering [in the hereafter,] 79 All that he claims will revert to Us, and he will come before Us all alone. 80 For [such as] these have taken to worshipping deities other than God, hoping that they would be a [source of] strength for them. 81 No! Those "gods" will deny their worship of them and will be against them opponents [on the Day of Judgement]. 82
