Did you not see that We sent devils upon the disbelievers, so they excite them abundantly? 83 (Muhammad), exercise patience; We have given them respite only for an appointed time. 84 The Day shall soon come when We shall bring together the God-fearing to the Most Compassionate Lord, as honoured guests; 85 and drive the evildoers as herds, into Gehenna 86 who have no power of intercession, except those who have taken a covenant with the Merciful. 87 And they say: 'The Merciful has taken a son' 88 Indeed you have brought forth (said) a terrible evil thing. 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 That they attribute to the Most Merciful a son. 91 It does not befit the Most Compassionate Lord that He should take a son. 92 there is none in the heavens or on the earth but shall return to the Merciful in utter submission, 93 He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him alone on the Day of Resurrection (without any helper, or protector or defender). 95 Surely those who believe and do deeds of righteousness -- unto them the All-merciful shall assign love. 96 So have We made the (Qur'an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention. 97 How many generations living before them did We destroy? Do you find anyone of them around or do you even hear any word from them? 98
