And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 We gave them the enlightening Book, 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 Verily, he was one of Our believing slaves. 132 Lot was also one of the messengers. 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
