Say: O my Lord! if Thou shouldst make me see what they are threatened with: 93 O my Lord, do not put me among the harmdoing people' 94 And verily We are Able to show thee that which We have promised them. 95 Repel evil with that which is better. We are Best-Acquainted with the things they utter. 96 And say: "O my Sustainer! I seek refuge with Thee from the promptings of all evil impulses; 97 “And my Lord, (I seek) Your refuge from their coming to me.” 98 When death approaches one of the unbelievers, he says, "Lord, send me back again 99 That I may do right in that which I have left behind! But nay! It is but a word that he speaketh; and behind them is a barrier until the day when they are raised. 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown there will be no lineage among them that Day, nor will they ask of each other. 101 then those whose scales weigh heavy with good works will be successful. 102 But those whose scales are light - those are the ones who have lost their souls, [being] in Hell, abiding eternally. 103 The Fire will scorch their faces and they will abide therein with their faces distorted. 104 "Were not My Signs rehearsed to you, and ye did but treat them as falsehood?" 105 They will say, “Our Lord! Our ill-fate overcame us, and we were the astray people.” 106 “Our Lord, remove us from hell – then if we do the same, we are the unjust.” 107 He shall say: Go away into it and speak not to Me; 108 "Behold, there were among My servants such as would pray, 'O our Sustainer! We have come to believe [in Thee]; forgive, then, our sins and bestow Thy mercy on us: for Thou art the truest bestower of mercy!' 109 “So you took them for a mockery until your mocking at them made you forget My remembrance, and you used to laugh at them!” 110 On this day I have given them their reward for their exercising patience and it is they who have triumphed." 111 God will ask them, "How many years did you live in your graves?" 112 They will say: We tarried a day or part of a day, but ask those who keep account. 113 He shall say, 'You have tarried but a little, did you know. 114 Do you think We created you for nothing, and that you will not return to Us?" 115 God is the most exalted King and the Supreme Truth. He is the only God and the Lord of the Gracious Throne. 116 And whoever invokes with Allah another god-- he has no proof of this-- his reckoning is only with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not be successful. 117 And say thou: my Lord! forgive and have mercy, and Thou art the Best of the merciful ones. 118
