Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak 1 "From the evil of what He has created; 2 from the evil of night's darkness when it spreads around; 3 And from the evil of the blowers in knots 4 And from the evil of the envier when he envieth. 5

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
