There is no state you are in, whether reading from the Qur'an, or doing something else, but We are watching you as you are engaged in it. There is not the weight of an atom on the earth and in the heavens that is hidden from your Lord, nor is there anything smaller or greater than this but is recorded in the perspicuous Book. 61 Behold! verily on the friends of Allah there is no fear, nor shall they grieve; 62 Those who believed (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism), and used to fear Allah much (by abstaining from evil deeds and sins and by doing righteous deeds). 63 For them is good news in the life of the world and in the life to come. There is no changing the words of God. That will be the great triumph. 64 (Muhammad), let not their words disappoint you; all dignity belongs to God. He is All-hearing and All-knowing. 65 Lo! verily Allah's is whosoever is in the heavens and whosoever is on the earth. And what is it that they follow who call unto associate-gods beside Allah? They follow but an opinion, and they are but conjecturing. 66 It is He who has made the night dark for you so that you may rest in it, and the day a source of light. Surely, there are signs in this for a people who listen. 67 They (Jews, Christians and pagans) say: "Allah has begotten a son (children)." Glory be to Him! He is Rich (Free of all wants). His is all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. No warrant you have for this. Do you say against Allah what you know not. 68 Say: Verily those who invent a lie concerning Allah will not succeed. 69 [A brief] enjoyment in this world - and thereafter unto Us they must return: and then We shall let them taste suffering severe as an outcome of their persistent denial of the truth. 70
