Lo, the Tree of Ez-Zakkoum 43 is food for the sinner. 44 Like murky oil, it boils within bellies 45 As does boiling water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 Then pour upon his head the torment of boiling water. 48 [It will be said], "Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the noble! 49 Surely this is what you disputed about. 50 Indeed the pious are in a place of peace. 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 wearing [garments] of silk and brocade, facing one another [in love]. 53 Just like that. We shall pair them with companions with large black eyes. 54 In it they will ask for all kinds of fruit, with safety. 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 As bounty from your Lord. That is what is the great attainment. 57 And We have made (this Scripture) easy in thy language only that they may heed. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad SAW); Verily, they (too) are waiting. 59
