Lo! the tree of Zaqqum, 43 is the food of the guilty, 44 like molten copper, bubbling in the belly 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of boiling water, 48 Saying “Taste it! Indeed you only are the most honourable, the dignified!” 49 This is what you used to doubt.” 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 In Gardens and water-springs. 52 Attired in silk and brocade, they shall be arrayed face to face. 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 While resting in security, they shall call for all kinds of fruit. 55 There they will not know any death apart from the first death they had died, and will be kept safe from the torment of Hell 56 A bounty from thy Lord. That! that is the supreme achievement. 57 And We have made this Qur’an easy in your language, for them to understand. 58 Therefore wait (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) – they too are waiting. 59
