▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
We built the heavens by Our authority; and We are the Lord of power and expanse. 47 And the earth – We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it! 48 And We created all things in pairs, so that you may ponder. 49 Therefore hasten to God; truly, I am sent by Him to give you clear warning. 50 Do not choose other gods besides Him. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you". 51 Similarly, whenever a Noble Messenger came to those before them they always said, “He is a magician or a madman.” 52 What! Have they willed this utterance to one another? In fact they are a rebellious people. 53 So turn away from them: not thine is the blame. 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humankind only that they might worship Me. 56 No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me. 57 Surely God is the All-provider, the Possessor of Strength, the Ever-Sure. 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions – so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised. 60
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
