Al-Hijjr 6 of 6
And the dwellers in Al-Hijr denied (Our) messengers. 80 We showed them miracles but they ignored them. 81 And they used to carve dwellings in the hills, without fear. 82 and the Cry seized them in the morning; 83 Therefore their earnings did not in the least benefit them. 84 We have created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, for a genuine purpose. The Day of Judgment will certainly approach, so (Muhammad) forgive them graciously. 85 Verify thy Lord! He is the Great Creator, the Knower. 86 And indeed, We have bestowed upon you seven of Al-Mathani (the seven repeatedly recited Verses), (i.e. Surat Al-Fatiha) and the Grand Quran. 87 Do not strain your eyes towards the worldly benefits We have bestowed on some of them, nor grieve on their account. Lower your wing of mercy for the believers 88 Say, "Indeed, I am simply one who warns." 89 [For, thou art the bearer of a divine writ] such as We have bestowed from on high upon those who [afterwards] broke it up into parts, 90 (So also on such) as have made Qur'an into shreds (as they please). 91 By the Lord, We will hold them all responsible 92 concerning that they were doing. 93 So declare to them what We have enjoined, and turn away from idolaters. 94 Surely We will suffice you against the scoffers 95 Who set some other god along with Allah. But they will come to know. 96 And assuredly We know that thou straitenest thy breast by that which they say. 97 But celebrate the praises of thy Lord, and be of those who prostrate themselves in adoration. 98 Worship your Lord until you achieve the ultimate certainty. 99
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
