Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 And does not induce others to feed the needy. 3 So woe to the worshippers 4 But who are oblivious of their moral duties, 5 Those who (want but) to be seen (of men), 6 And refuse Al-Ma'un (small kindnesses e.g. salt, sugar, water, etc.). 7
