Pray, "Lord, if you would show me that [the punishment] of which they have been warned, 93 My Lord! then place me not with the unjust. 94 And indeed We are Able to show you (O Muhammad SAW) that with which We have threatened them. 95 Dispel evil with what is good. We know well what they attribute (to Us). 96 And say thou: my Lord! I seek refuge with Thee against the whisperings of the satans. 97 And I seek refuge with Thee, my Lord! lest they may be present with me. 98 (In Falsehood will they be) Until, when death comes to one of them, he says: "O my Lord! send me back (to life),- 99 "So that I may do good in that which I have left behind!" No! It is but a word that he speaks, and behind them is Barzakh (a barrier) until the Day when they will be resurrected. 100 There will be no kindred relations nor any opportunity to ask about others or seek their assistance after the trumpet has sounded. 101 Therefore the ones whose scales prove heavy – they are the successful. 102 But those whose scales are lighter will perish and abide in Hell for ever. 103 The Fire will burn their faces, and they will therein grin, with their lips displaced. 104 Have not My revelations been rehearsed unto you, and them ye have been belying? 105 They will say: "Our Lord! Our wretchedness overcame us, and we were (an) erring people. 106 Our Lord, bring us forth out of it! Then, if we revert, we shall be evildoers indeed.' 107 He (Allah) will say: "Remain you in it with ignominy! And speak you not to Me!" 108 Among My servants, there were those who said, "Lord, We believe, so forgive us and have mercy on us. You are the best one to show mercy." 109 but you made them a target of your derision to the point where it made you forget all remembrance of Me; and you went on and on laughing at them. 110 Now today I have recompensed them for their patient endurance; they are the triumphant.' 111 He will say: "What number of years did ye stay on earth?" 112 They shall say, 'We have tarried a day, or part of a day; ask the numberers!' 113 He will say, "You only stayed for a little while, if only you knew. 114 Did you think that We had created you for a playful purpose and that you were not to return to Us?" 115 Therefore exalted be Allah, the King, the Reality: there is no god but He, the Lord of the Throne of Honour! 116 He, who invokes another deity along with God, a deity of whose divinity he has no proof, will be brought to account by his Lord. Certainly, those who deny the truth shall never prosper. 117 Say: "My Lord, forgive and have mercy. You are the best of the merciful." 118
