O ye who believe! shall I direct you to a merchandise that will deliver you from a torment afflictive? 10 You should believe in God and His Messenger, and strive for God's cause with your possessions and your lives. That will be better for you, if you only knew -- 11 He will forgive you your sins and admit you into gardens underneath which rivers flow, and to dwelling-places goodly in Gardens of Eden; that is the mighty triumph; 12 and other things you love, help from God and a nigh victory. Give thou good tidings to the believers! 13 Believers, become Allah's helpers, as Jesus, son of Mary, said to the disciples: “Who is my helper in (calling people) to Allah?” The disciples had responded by saying: “We are Allah's helpers.” Then a section of the Children of Israel believed and a section rejected the call. Thereafter We aided the believers against their enemies, and they prevailed. 14
