But what is the matter with the unbelievers, that they strain their glances continuously towards them, 36 On the right hand and on the left, in sundry parties? 37 Does every one of them hope to enter [by this means] a garden of bliss? 38 By no means! Surely We have created them of what they know. 39 I swear by the Lord of the easts and the wests that We have the power 40 to replace them with others better than them: nothing can prevent Us from doing this, 41 Wherefore let thou them alone plunging in vanity and sporting until they meet their Day which they are promised. 42 The Day they will emerge from the graves rapidly as if they were, toward an erected idol, hastening. 43 humbled their eyes, overspreading them abasement. That is the day which they were promised. 44
