Al-Najm 3 of 3
Did you (O Muhammad SAW) observe him who turned away (from Islam). 33 Gives a little, then hardens (his heart)? 34 Hath he knowledge of the Unseen so that he seeth? 35 Or, has he not been told of that which is in the Scrolls of Moses 36 and Abraham, who paid his debt in full? 37 That no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another 38 And that man shall have nothing but what he strives for- 39 And that his deeds will be seen, 40 and in the end he will be repaid for it in full; 41 and that the final return is to your Lord, 42 That it is He who makes you happy and morose, 43 It is He who causes death and gives life. 44 That He did create in pairs,- male and female, 45 from an ejected drop of sperm; 46 And that He hath ordained the second bringing forth; 47 that it is He who gives wealth and possessions; 48 That He is the Lord of Sirius (the Mighty Star); 49 And that He destroyed the former (tribe of) A'ad, 50 And Thamud, and did not leave them, 51 and the people of Noah before -- certainly they did exceeding evil, and were insolent 52 And the overturned towns He hurled down 53 So that they were covered over by what they were covered over. 54 Then which of the Graces of your Lord (O man!) will you doubt. 55 This [Prophet] is a warner like the former warners. 56 The near event draws nigh. 57 No one besides God can rescue a soul from hardship. 58 Are you astonished at this news, 59 And keep laughing and do not weep, 60 While you are indulging in varieties. 61 Prostrate yourselves before Allah, and serve Him. ۩ 62
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
