A 'araaf (Al-A 'araaf)
206 verses, revealed in Mecca after S (Saad) before Jinns (Al-Jinn)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Alif, Lam, Meem, Sad. 1 A Book revealed unto thee,- So let thy heart be oppressed no more by any difficulty on that account,- that with it thou mightest warn (the erring) and teach the Believers). 2 Follow that which is sent down toward you from your Lord, and follow not any patrons beside Him; yet little ye are admonished. 3 How many a township have We destroyed! As a raid by night, or while they slept at noon, Our terror came unto them. 4 Then naught was their cry when Our violence came upon them save that they said: verily we have been the wrong-doers. 5 We will certainly question the people and the Messengers sent to them. 6 And verily, We shall recount their whole story with knowledge, for We were never absent (at any time or place). 7 And the weighing on that Day is certain, then whosesoever balances will be heavy, those! they shall fare well. 8 And those whose scales are light - they are the ones who will lose themselves for what injustice they were doing toward Our verses. 9 And assuredly We established you in the earth and appointed for you livelihoods therein; yet little thanks ye return. 10

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
