But what is the matter with those who disbelieve that they hasten on around you, 36 towards thee on the right hand and on the left hand in knots? 37 Does every one of them wish to enter the garden of tranquility? 38 No, that is not like that! Verily, We have created them out of that which they know! 39 But nay! I swear by the Lord of the Easts and the Wests that We are certainly able 40 Substitute for them better (men) than they; And We are not to be defeated (in Our Plan). 41 So leave them to plunge in vain talk and play about, until they encounter that Day of theirs which they have been promised!- 42 The day when they come forth from the graves in haste, as racing to a goal, 43 with downcast eyes, with ignominy overwhelming them: that Day which they were promised again and again 44

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
