The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
WHEN THE SUN is folded up, 1 And when the stars fall, 2 the mountains are scattered about as dust, 3 When the she-camels, ten months with young, are left untended; 4 And when wild animals are herded together. 5 the oceans are brought to a boil, 6 And when the souls are paired 7 and when the female infant buried alive is asked 8 For what crime she was killed; 9 When the ledgers are laid open, 10 The curtain drawn back from the skies, 11 And when the Scorch shall be made to blaze, 12 And when Paradise is brought near, 13 Every soul shall (then) know what it has prepared. 14 No! I swear by the slinkers, 15 The planets withdrawing into themselves, 16 And the Night as it dissipates; 17 and the first breath of morning. 18 Verily it is a Word brought by a messenger honoured, 19 The mighty, the honoured in the presence of the Lord of the Throne. 20 With authority there, (and) faithful to his trust. 21 And (O people) your companion (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) is not a madman; 22 And indeed he saw him on the clear horizon. (Prophet Mohammed saw Angel Jibreel in his true shape peace and blessings be upon them). 23 And he is of the unseen not a tenacious concealer. 24 Nor is this the word of an outcast devil. 25 Then where are you going? 26 It is naught but a Reminder unto all beings, 27 to every one of you who wishes to tread the straight path. 28 but you shall not, unless Allah wills, the Lord of all the Worlds. 29
True are the words of God the Almighty.

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
