And indeed this Qur'an has been sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 192 Which the True Spirit hath brought down 193 into your heart, so that you may be a warner, 194 In plain Arabic language. 195 And verily it is in the Scriptures of the ancients. 196 Is not the fact (that the Israelite scholars already knew about the Quran through their Book) sufficient evidence for the pagans of the truthfulness (of the Quran)? 197 If We had sent it down on a barbarian 198 they would still not have believed in it. 199 Thus it passes through the hearts of the criminals. 200 They will not believe in it until they see the grievous Penalty; 201 It will come upon them unawares, and they will not comprehend it. 202 Then they will say: Are we to be reprieved? 203 Would they then wish for Our Torment to be hastened on? 204 Just think: If We let them enjoy for a few years more, 205 and thereupon that [chastisement] which they were promised befalls them 206 of what avail to them will be all their past enjoyments? 207 We never destroyed any habitation but that it had warners 208 For reminder, for We never were oppressors. 209 The satans have not revealed the Quran; 210 It is not meet for them, nor is it in their power, 211 The satans are barred from listening to anything from the heavens. 212 So call not on any other god with Allah, or thou wilt be among those under the Penalty. 213 And warn your near relations, 214 And be kind to him who follows you of the believers. 215 So if they do not obey you, then say, "Indeed I am unconcerned with what you do." 216 And rely upon the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 217 who can see whether you stand up 218 and when thou turnest about among those who bow. 219 He is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. 220 Shall I tell you on whom the Satans come down? 221 They come down to every mendacious sinner, 222 The satans try to listen to the heavens but many of them are liars. 223 And the astray follow the poets. 224 Have you not seen that they wander distract in every valley, 225 And that they say what they do not do? - 226 [Most of them are of this kind] save those who have attained to faith, and do righteous deeds, and remember God unceasingly, and defend themselves [only] after having been wronged, and [trust in God's promise that] those who are bent on wrongdoing will in time come to know how evil a turn their destinies are bound to take! 227

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
