And indeed, We delivered the children of Israel from the shameful suffering 30 From Firaun; he was indeed proud, among the transgressors. 31 We knowingly chose them above all other people 32 and gave them signs wherein there was a manifest trial. 33 As to these (Quraish), they say forsooth: 34 "That [which is ahead of us] is but our first [and only] death, and we shall not be raised to life again. 35 So bring our ancestors back, if you are truthful." 36 What! Are they better than the people of Tubba and those who were before them? We destroyed them because they were guilty of sin. 37 And We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is in-between the twain sporting. 38 We created them not save with truth; but most of them know not. 39 Surely the Day of Decision shall be their appointed time, all together, 40 The Day when no relation will avail a relation at all, nor will they be helped - 41 save those to whom God shows mercy. Surely, He is the Mighty, the Merciful One. 42
