Al-Takweer
The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
(On the day) when the sun is made to cease shining, 1 and when the stars lose their light, 2 when the mountains shall be set moving, 3 when the ten-months pregnant camels shall be abandoned, 4 and when all beasts are gathered together, 5 And when the seas are filled with flame 6 when the souls are divided into different classes, 7 and when the female infant buried alive is asked 8 For what crime she was killed; 9 when the records of men's deeds are laid open, 10 the heavens are unveiled, 11 And when the Scorch shall be made to blaze, 12 And when Paradise is brought near. 13 [then] each soul shall know what it has put forward. 14 Oh, but I call to witness the planets, 15 Who move straight and stop. 16 The closing night, 17 The rising dawn, 18 Most surely it is the Word of an honored messenger, 19 who is honored in the presence of the Lord of the Throne, 20 [the word] of one to be heeded, and worthy of trust! 21 And your comrade is not mad. 22 he indeed saw the message-bearer on the clear horizon; 23 And this Prophet is not miserly upon the hidden. (Allah gave the knowledge of the hidden to the Holy Prophet – peace and blessings be upon him.) 24 This is not the utterance of an accursed devil. 25 Where then are you going? 26 This is naught else than a reminder unto creation, 27 So let those who want, choose the right guidance 28 And you do not will except that Allah wills - Lord of the worlds. 29

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
