All that lives on earth or in the heavens is bound to pass away: 26 Only the Supreme Essence of your Glorious and Gracious Lord will remain forever. 27 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 28 Whosoever is in the heavens and on earth begs of Him (its needs from Him). Every day He has a matter to bring forth (such as giving honour to some, disgrace to some, life to some, death to some, etc.)! 29 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 30 We will attend to you, O prominent beings. 31 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 32 Tribe of jinn and of human, if you are able to penetrate the provinces of heaven and earth, pass through them! But you shall not pass through except with a power! 33 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 34 (If you so venture) a flame of fire and smoke shall be lashed at you, which you shall be unable to withstand. 35 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 36 And when the heaven will split, it will appear like a rose painted red. 37 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 38 on that day none shall be questioned about his sin, neither man nor jinn. 39 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 40 The Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, sinners, etc.) will be known by their marks (black faces), and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 42 This will be the hell which those who are lost in sin [now] call a lie: 43 They will keep circling around between Hell and boiling water. 44 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 45
