The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
By the snorting courses, 1 Striking sparks of fire (by their hooves), 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn, 3 raising a trail of dust, 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 VERILY, towards his Sustainer man is most ungrateful 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 that on that Day their Sustainer [will show that He] has always been fully aware of them? 11
