The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The event that terrifies the hearts! 1 What is the terrible calamity! 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 The day on which men shall be as scattered moths, 4 And mountains will be like flying wool. 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 shall inherit a pleasing life, 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 shall plunge in the womb of the Pit. 9 And what shall teach thee what is the Pit? 10 It is a burning Fire. 11
