O Children of Israel! Remember My favour wherewith I favoured you, and fulfil your (part of the) covenant, I shall fulfil My (part of the) covenant, and fear Me. 40 And believe in that which I reveal, confirming that which ye possess already (of the Scripture), and be not first to disbelieve therein, and part not with My revelations for a trifling price, and keep your duty unto Me. 41 And do not mix the truth with falsehood or conceal the truth while you know [it]. 42 And establish prayer, and give the poor-rate, and bow down with those who bow down. 43 ۞ Will you bid others to piety, and forget yourselves while you recite the Book? Do you not understand? 44 Seek help with patience and prayer; this is indeed an exacting discipline, but not to the humble, 45 who know with certainty that they shall meet their Sustainer and that unto Him they shall return. 46
