The people of Noah also rejected the messengers. 105 Recall when their brother Noah said to them: "Do you have no fear? 106 Verily I am unto you an apostle trusted. 107 be, then, conscious of God, and pay heed unto me! 108 And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds. 109 So fear God and follow me." 110 ۞ They replied, "Are we to believe in you when your followers are but the lowest of the low?" 111 (Noah) said, "I have no knowledge of their deeds. 112 Lo! their reckoning is my Lord's concern, if ye but knew; 113 “And I will not repel the Muslims.” 114 'I am naught but a plain warner.' 115 They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned." 116 Noah said, "My Lord, my people have rejected me, 117 therefore, judge decisively between me and them; and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 Verily herein is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
