Those who do not believe, say: "When we and our fathers have turned to dust, how shall we be raised again? 67 We were promised this, forsooth, we and our fathers. (All) this is naught but fables of the men of old. 68 “Proclaim, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “Travel in the land and see what sort of fate befell the guilty.” 69 And grieve thou not over them nor be straitened because of that which they plot. 70 They say, 'When shall this promise come to pass, if you speak the truth?' 71 Say: 'It may be that riding behind you already is some part of that you seek to hasten on. 72 Now, verily, thy Sustainer is indeed limitless in His bounty unto men - but most of them are bereft of gratitude. 73 Surely, your Lord knows what they hide in their hearts and what they reveal. 74 There is nothing of the hidden in the heavens and the earth that is not recorded in the luminous Book. 75 Surely this Qur'an explains to the Children of Israel most of the matters concerning which they have disagreements 76 And lo! it is a guidance and a mercy for believers. 77 Indeed your Lord judges between them with His command; and He is the Almighty, the All Knowing. 78 So put your trust in Allah for you are on the manifest truth. 79 Thou shalt not make the dead to hear, neither shalt thou make the deaf to hear the call when they turn about, retreating. 80 And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [submitting to Allah]. 81 ۞ And when the word befalls them, We will bring forth for them a creature from the earth speaking to them, [saying] that the people were, of Our verses, not certain [in faith]. 82
