The Fig (Al-Teen)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

I CALL TO witness the Fig and the Olive, 1 And by oath of Mount Sinai, 2 and this land secure! 3 We indeed created Man in the fairest stature 4 then We restored him the lowest of the low -- 5 Except those who accepted faith and did good deeds – for them is a never ending reward. 6 What then shall cry thee lies as to the Doom? 7 Is God not the best of the Judges? 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
