۞ Do you not see those who, in exchange for God's favour, offer only ingratitude and cause their people to descend into the Abode of Ruin? 28 Hell, wherein they shall roast. How ill is the settlement! 29 And they ascribed equals to Allah to mislead from His way; say, “Enjoy a while, for your end will be the fire.” 30 Say to the bondmen of Mine who believe, that they must keep the prayer established and spend in Our way from what We have given them, secretly and publicly, before the advent of a day in which there will be no trade nor friendship. 31 It is Allah Who hath created the heavens and the earth and sendeth down rain from the skies, and with it bringeth out fruits wherewith to feed you; it is He Who hath made the ships subject to you, that they may sail through the sea by His command; and the rivers (also) hath He made subject to you. 32 And maketh the sun and the moon, constant in their courses, to be of service unto you, and hath made of service unto you the night and the day. 33 And He giveth you of all that ye ask for. But if ye count the favours of Allah, never will ye be able to number them. Verily, man is given up to injustice and ingratitude. 34
