As for the God-fearing, they shall be amid gardens and springs. 45 (Their greeting will be): "Enter ye here in peace and security." 46 We shall remove all rancor from their hearts, and as brethren they shall recline on couches face to face. 47 No weariness will come upon them, nor will they be sent away from there. 48 ۞ Declare (O Muhammad SAW) unto My slaves, that truly, I am the Oft-Forgiving, the Most-Merciful. 49 But My punishment is surely a painful one. 50 And tell them about the guests (the angels) of Ibrahim (Abraham). 51 (How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you. 52 They said, "Do not be afraid. We come to you with good news. You shall have a son who shall be endowed with great knowledge." 53 He said, “Do you convey to me the glad tidings upon old age reaching me? So upon what do you convey glad tidings?” (* Prophet Ibrahim said this out of surprise.) 54 give me good tidings?' They said, 'We give thee good tidings of truth. Be not of those that despair.' 55 He said, “Who is it that despairs from the mercy of his Lord, except those who are astray?” 56 He said, 'And what is your business, envoys?' 57 They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk, 58 All except the household of Lut; surely we are going to deliver all of them. 59 "Except his wife, of whom We have decreed that she shall be of those who remain behind (i.e. she will be destroyed)." 60

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
