The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
O, you, wrapped in your cloak, 1 Arise and warn, 2 And thine Lord magnify! 3 cleanse your clothes, 4 And keep away from Ar-Rujz (the idols)! 5 Give not, thinking to gain greater 6 and for the sake of your Lord, be patient. 7 When the trumpet is sounded,. 8 So that is a tough day. 9 Not easy upon the disbelievers. 10 Leave Me and him whom I created alone, 11 And then granted him resources in abundance. 12 and sons that stand in witness. 13 and whom I have provided with every resource, 14 and yet, he greedily desires that I give him even more! 15 Nay! In this way, God lets go astray whom He wills, and guides whom He wills. And none knows the forces of your Lord but He. This is but a Reminder for man. 31
