Hast thou not regarded those who dispute concerning the signs of God, how they are turned about? 69 Those who belie the Book and that with which We sent Our Messengers shall soon know. 70 when they shall have to carry the shackles and chains [of their own making] around their necks, 71 In the boiling fetid fluid: then in the Fire shall they be burned; 72 then it is said to them, 'Where are those you associated, apart from God?' 73 Beside Allah? They will say: they have failed us; aye! we have not been calling upon aught afore. Thus doth Allah lead the infidels astray. 74 That is because ye had been exulting in the earth without right, and because ye had been strutting. 75 So enter the gates of Hell to abide in it for ever." How evil the abode of the arrogant! 76 Therefore be patient (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), undoubtedly Allah’s promise is true; and whether We show some of what We promise them, or cause you to pass away before it – in any case they will return to Us. 77 And, indeed We have sent Messengers before you (O Muhammad SAW); of some of them We have related to you their story and of some We have not related to you their story, and it was not given to any Messenger that he should bring a sign except by the Leave of Allah. So, when comes the Commandment of Allah, the matter will be decided with truth, and the followers of falsehood will then be lost. 78
