۞ And many an angel is in the heavens, whose intercession does not benefit the least unless Allah gives permission for whomever He wills, and whom He likes. 26 Only those who do not believe in the life hereafter call the angels, females. They have no knowledge about it. 27 They have no knowledge to base this on. They merely indulge in guess-work which can never replace the truth. 28 So leave alone those who turn away from the remembrance of Us and who seek nothing but the life of the world – 29 That is as far as knowledge will reach them. Verily thy Lord knoweth best those who stray from His Path, and He knoweth best those who receive guidance. 30 And to Allah only belongs all whatever is in the heavens and all whatever is in the earth, in order to repay those who do evil for what they have done, and give an excellent reward to those who do good. 31 They are those who avoid enormities of sin and abominations save the minor offences. Verily thy Lord is of vast forgiveness: He is Best Knower of you when He produced you out of the earth, and when ye were embryos in the bellies of your mothers. So justify not yourselves; He is the Best Knower of him who feareth Him. 32
