Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Did We not widen your bosom? 1 and relieved you of your burden 2 Which pressed heavily upon your back, 3 Did We not exalt thy fame? 4 So truly with hardship comes ease, 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
