Is it not plain to those who inherit the earth after its inhabitants that if We willed We could smite them for their sins and set a seal upon their hearts, so that they do not hear. 100 Such were the towns whose story We (thus) relate unto thee: There came indeed to them their messengers with clear (signs): But they would not believe what they had rejected before. Thus doth Allah seal up the hearts of those who reject faith. 101 We found no covenant in the most part of them; indeed, We found the most part of them ungodly. 102 After those We sent forth Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his assembly, but with it they harmed. Look at the end of the corrupters. 103 And Moses said, "O Pharaoh, I am a messenger from the Lord of the worlds 104 I must only speak what is true about God. I have brought you miracles from your Lord; therefore, let the children of Israel go free". 105 He said: if thou hast brought a sign, forth with it then, if thou art of the truth-tellers. 106 Therefore Moosa put down his staff – it immediately turned into a visible python. 107 Then he uncovered his hand and it appeared sheer white to the onlookers. 108
