The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 when the earth shakes off her burdens, 2 and the human asks: "What is the matter with it?" 3 upon that day she shall tell her tidings 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 On that Day mankind shall issue in scatterings to see their deeds. 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8

Almighty Allah's Truth.
