We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 and saved them and their people from great distress. 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 Indeed, they were of Our believing servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 We saved him and all his people, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
