Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not expanded your chest for you (Prophet Muhammad), 1 And relieve you of the burden – 2 Which weighed down thy back. 3 And raised high for you your repute. 4 So indeed with hardship is ease. 5 Indeed with hardship is ease. 6 So when you are free, nominate. 7 and to your Lord turn [all] your attention. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
