Seest thou not those that dispute concerning the Signs of Allah? How are they turned away (from Reality)?- 69 Those who cry lies to the Book and that wherewith We sent Our Messengers -- soon they will know! 70 when fetters and chains shall be on their necks, and they shall be dragged into 71 into the boiling water, then into the Fire they are poured; 72 And then they will be asked: "Where now are those [powers] to which you were wont to ascribe divinity 73 other than Allah' They will reply: 'They have gone astray from us. Indeed what we used to call upon before is nothing' Accordingly, Allah leads the unbelievers astray. 74 (And it will be said): 'That is because you rejoiced on earth in things of which you had no right, and were very happy. 75 Enter the gates of Hell to abide eternally therein, and wretched is the residence of the arrogant." 76 Wherefore persevere thou; verily the promise of Allah is true; then whether We let thee see a part of that wherewith We have promised them, or whether We cause thee to die, unto Us they all will be caused to return. 77 Surely We have sent apostles before you, some of whose account We have related to you, and that of some We have not told you. But no apostle was given a miracle unless God dispensed. But when the decree of God comes the sentence is passed with justice; and the lovers of vice and vanity will then come to grief. 78
