And says man: What! when I am dead shall I truly be brought forth alive? 66 Remembereth not man that We created him afore when he was not aught? 67 By your Lord, We will gather them and the satans, and We shall parade them hobbling on their knees in Gehenna: 68 Then We shall carry off from every group those who were most stubborn in their opposition to the Gracious One, 69 We alone know who deserves most to be burned therein. 70 And there is none of you except he will come to it. This is upon your Lord an inevitability decreed. 71 Then We shall deliver those that were godfearing; and the evildoers We shall leave there, hobbling on their knees. 72 When Our clear revelations are recited to those who deny the Truth they are wont to say to those who have faith: "Which of the two groups has a better status and whose assemblies are grander?" 73 How numerous are the peoples We destroyed before them - those that were more resourceful and grander in outward appearance! 74 Say thou: whosoever is in error - surely unto him the Compassionate lengtheneth a length, until when they behold that wherewith they were threatened, either the torment or the Hour, then they shall come to know whosoever is worse in position and weaker as an army. 75 God further enlightens those who seek guidance. To those who do charitable deeds which produce continuing benefits, your Lord will give a better reward and a better place in Paradise. 76 Hast thou observed him who disbelieveth in Our signs and saith: surely I shall be vouchsafed riches and children. 77 Has he the knowledge of the unseen or has the Beneficent God established such a binding agreement with Him? 78 Absolutely not, We will record his words and prolong his punishment. 79 All that he speaks of will belong to Us, and he will come into Our presence all alone. 80 They have sought honor from other gods instead of God. 81 By no means! anon they shall deny their worship, and become unto them an adversary. 82
