Have you considered he who turns his back, 33 And gave a little, then was grudging? 34 Hath he knowledge of the Unseen so that he seeth? 35 Hath he not been told of that which is in the writs of Musa. 36 and of Abraham, who to his trust was true: 37 That no burdened person (with sins) shall bear the burden (sins) of another. 38 and that nought shall be accounted unto man but what he is striving for; 39 That his endeavours will be judged, 40 Thereafter he shall be recompensed therefor with the fullest recompense. 41 That to thy Lord is the final Goal; 42 And that He it is who maketh laugh, and maketh weep, 43 and that it is He who makes to die, and that makes to live, 44 and He it is Who created the two kinds, the male and the female, 45 From a drop of semen when emitted; 46 That He hath promised a Second Creation (Raising of the Dead); 47 and that it is He who gives wealth and riches, 48 And that it is He who is the Lord of Sirius 49 That it was He who destroyed the 'Ad of old, 50 Thamud, 51 and the people of Noah before -- certainly they did exceeding evil, and were insolent 52 And the subverted cities He overthrew. 53 so that there came upon them that which came. 54 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 55 He (Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) is a Herald of Warning, like the former Heralds of Warning. 56 The Day of Resurrection draws near, 57 None, except Allah, can avert it. 58 Do you then marvel at this discourse, 59 and do you laugh, and do you not weep, 60 Will you remain proudly heedless? 61 So make obeisance to Allah and serve (Him). ۩ 62
