The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion, 1 And the earth throws out its burdens, 2 when man asks, "What is happening to her?"; 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 Because your Lord has inspired it. 5 On that Day will all men come forward, cut off from one another, to be shown their [past] deeds. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 and whosoever has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
