And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And saved them and their people from the great distress, 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Will you invoke Baal and forsake [God,] the best of artisans 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 and We left for him among the later folk 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 Lot, too, was among the Messengers. 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 Save an old woman among those who stayed behind; 135 Then We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
