Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Ya Seen. 1 By the wise Qur'an, 2 Truly, you (O Muhammad SAW) are one of the Messengers, 3 and that you follow the right path. 4 A revelation from the mighty, ever-merciful (God), 5 That thou mayest warn a people whose fathers were not warned; so they are negligent. 6 Certainly the word has proved true of most of them, so they do not believe. 7 We have indeed put shackles around their necks reaching up to the chins, so they remain facing upwards. 8 and We have set a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and We have covered them up so that they cannot see. 9 The same is it to them whether thou admonish them or thou do not admonish them: they will not believe. 10 You should only warn those who follow the Quran and have fear of the Beneficent God without seeing Him. Give them the glad news of their receiving forgiveness and an honorable reward (from God). 11 Surely it is We who bring the dead to life and write down what they have forwarded and what they have left behind; everything We have numbered in a clear register. 12
