The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
WOE UNTO THOSE who give short measure: 1 Who, when they take the measure (of their dues) from men take it fully, 2 but, when they measure for them or weigh for them, do skimp. 3 What! Do they not expect that they will be raised? 4 on a Great Day, 5 the Day when all men shall stand before the Sustainer of all the worlds? 6 NAY, VERILY, the record of the wicked is indeed [set down] in a mode inescapable! 7 And what will explain to thee what Sijjin is? 8 It is a written book. 9 Woe on that day to the rejecters, 10 Those who deny the Day of Justice. 11 Yet none gives the lie to it except the transgressor immersed in sin; 12 When Our Signs are rehearsed to him, he says, "Tales of the ancients!" 13 No indeed! The truth is that their hearts have become rusted on account of their evil deeds. 14 Therefore they will be screened off from their Lord that day, 15 Then, verily they will indeed enter and taste the burning flame of Hell. 16 whereafter they will be told: “This is what you used to give the lie to.” 17 Nay, but the record of the righteous is in 'Illiyin - 18 And what will explain to thee what 'Illiyun is? 19 (It is) a marked Book, 20 witnessed by those who are near (to Allah). 21 The virtuous will live in bliss, 22 On adorned couches, observing. 23 Thou wilt recognise in their faces the beaming brightness of Bliss. 24 They are given to drink of a pure wine, sealed, 25 its seal is musk, for this let the competitors compete; 26 With the wine is a drink from Tasnim, 27 a fountain at which those brought near (to their Lord) drink. 28 The sinners laughed at the believers 29 And when they passed by them, they would exchange derisive glances. 30 When they returned to their people they returned jesting; 31 And upon seeing the Muslims, they used to say, “Indeed they have gone astray.” 32 Yet they were not sent as guardians over them. 33 So today those who believe shall laugh at the unbelievers; 34 as they (recline) upon their couches and gaze (around them). 35 Will not the Unbelievers have been paid back for what they did? 36
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
