▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ No! I swear by the positions of the stars – 75 And indeed, it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great. 76 it is indeed a Glorious Koran, 77 in a hidden Book 78 Only they can reach it who are clean (of mind). 79 It is a revelation sent down from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem? 81 Would you reject the sustenance that you receive rather than give thanks? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat, 83 And you at that time look on-- 84 But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not,- 85 Why then, if ye are not in bondage (unto Us), 86 do you not restore his soul, if you are truthful? 87 Then if he be of the broughtnigh. 88 happiness [awaits him in the life to come,] and inner fulfillment, and a garden of bliss. 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 and the heat of hell fire. 94 Most surely this is a certain truth. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
