And man saith: when I am daed, Shall I be presently brought forth alive. 66 But does man not bear in mind that We have created him aforetime out of nothing? 67 Now, by thy Lord, We shall surely muster them, and the Satans, then We shall parade them about Gehenna hobbling on their knees. 68 Then We shall pluck forth from every party whichever of them was the most hardened in disdain of the All-merciful; 69 for, indeed, We know best as to which of them is most deserving of the fires of hell. 70 It is the inevitable decree of your Lord that every one of you will be taken to hell. 71 Then We shall save those who use to fear Allah and were dutiful to Him. And We shall leave the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers, etc.) therein (humbled) to their knees (in Hell). 72 When Our lucid revelations are read out to them, the infidels say to those who believe: "Which of the two groups is better in standing, and whose company is more excellent?" 73 And how many a generation have We destroyed before these, who were goodlier in goods and outward appearance? 74 Say: "If any men go astray, (Allah) Most Gracious extends (the rope) to them, until, when they see the warning of Allah (being fulfilled) - either in punishment or in (the approach of) the Hour,- they will at length realise who is worst in position, and (who) weakest in forces! 75 (On the contrary), Allah increases in guidance those who follow the Right Way. Lasting acts of righteousness are better in the sight of your Lord as reward and conducive to a better end. 76 Hast thou observed him who disbelieveth in Our signs and saith: surely I shall be vouchsafed riches and children. 77 Has he looked to the unseen, or has he made a pledge to the Merciful One? 78 On the contrary, We will write down what he says and prolong the length of his punishment. 79 To Us shall return all that he talks of and he shall appear before Us bare and alone. 80 And they have chosen (other) gods beside Allah that they may be a power for them. 81 By no means! anon they shall deny their worship, and become unto them an adversary. 82
