“O Noble Messengers, eat good clean things, and do good deeds; I know all that you do.” 51 Your nation is but one nation, and I am your Lord, therefore fear Me. 52 But they (men) have broken their religion among them into sects, each group rejoicing in its belief. 53 So leave them in their error for a time. 54 Do they think that in giving them wealth and children 55 We [but want to] make them vie with one another in doing [what they consider] good works? Nay, but they do not perceive [their error]! 56 Indeed, they who are apprehensive from fear of their Lord 57 and believe in His messages 58 and those who associate naught with their Lord 59 who give what they give, with their hearts quaking, that they will return to their Lord: 60 These people hasten to perform goodness, and it is they who shall reach it first. 61 We charge no soul with more than it can bear. We have a record which clearly shows the truth and they will not be wronged. 62 Nay, but their hearts are in ignorance of this (Qur'an), and they have other works, besides, which they are doing; 63 But when We will strike with torment those (unbelievers) who are rich, they will start to cry for help. 64 “Do not implore this day; you will not be helped by Us.” 65 My revelations were recited to you, but you turned your backs 66 In arrogance; talking nonsense about the Quran, and left him like one telling fables by night. 67 Then have they not reflected over the Qur'an, or has there come to them that which had not come to their forefathers? 68 Or is it that they did not recognise their Noble Messenger, therefore they consider him alien? 69 or you said that he is possessed by satan? In fact, he has brought you the truth, but most of you dislike it. 70 And were the truth to follow their desires there would have been corrupted the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is therein. Aye! We have come to them with their admonition; so it is from their admonition that they turn away. 71 Or is it that you ask them a recompense? But the recompense of your Lord is best, and He is the best of those who provide sustenance. 72 And certainly, you (O Muhammad SAW) call them to a Straight Path (true religion Islamic Monotheism). 73 And indeed those who do not believe in the Hereafter are deviated from the Straight Path. 74 ۞ And though We had mercy on them and removed the distress which is on them, still they would obstinately persist in their transgression, wandering blindly. 75 And assuredly We took hold of them with the torment, yet they humbled not themselves to their Lord, nor did they entreat. 76 Until, when We open for them the gate of severe punishment, then lo! They will be plunged into destruction with deep regrets, sorrows and in despair. 77
