And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And We guided them to the Straight Way. 118 And We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times: 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 They were among Our believing worshipers. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 Recall what time he said unto his people: fear ye not? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers?" 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 'Peace be upon Elias!' 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
